Ok I'm new to this forum. So first of all let me introduce myself some. I'm a 23 year old male from NY and ever since I was about 12 I noticed that I was strongly attracted to female feet. In some aspects I'd much rather look at woman's feet than her breasts or anything else. I just recently started taking candid foot photos of all ages of women 18-50 and I'm starting to realize this is something I think about almost all the time.. It's a craze.
My question is this.. and this can be for male and female foot lovers to answer. At any point did you stop to think why I love female feet so much? I came from a strict upbringing and I guess in someway because of that I was always having difficulty accepting the fact that I love female feet. A few of my friends used to make fun of people with this fetish viewing them as weirdos, so I never told any of my best friends or family members that I have this admiration of female feet. The girl that I am dating now doesn't know either that I have one, but I so much just want to tell her so I can start playing with her feet some. I'm just afraid that she might think it's weird and be turned off by it because my ex-girlfriend thought it was gross when I mentioned I wanted to suck on her toes. I mean what is the big deal if I want to kiss your feet and suck your toes? In my mind there's nothign wrong with it.. Why are some women so against it? Is there anything I can do to maybe make it more appealing to my current girlfriend when I do decide to tell her?
Ok sorry if these questions has been asked millions of times but since I am new I wanted to ask them for my own gratification;)

It all comes down to this: If you act like it's weird, and approach it like it's weird, she's going to think it's weird.
When I tell a girl, I just laugh and say "Some guys like asses, some breasts, me feet. Besides, at least they're not just lumps that milk babies."
It's totally normal to like feet, man. It's not even a fetish. It's just a partialism. It just means you prefer that part of the body over the others. Who cares? The first way to stop others from caring, is for you to stop. Does that mean you tell a girl right off the bat? Of course not. Just like you wouldn't tell her "DUR I R LYK UR BREASTS" right away, either. Take your time, let her get big into you, then tell her. You'll most likely be fine, man.

First off- welcome to the forum. You'll find some great people and discussions here.
Secondly, if you do a search (top right hand of any forum page)of past threads, you'll see we discuss this quite frequently. It's probably the quintessential question for us foot-lovers, at least currently because there still seems to be some opposition to it by females and society in general. 10-20 years from now, who's to say it won't be just as accepted as liking asses or breasts.
Girlgotsole put it very succinctly: if we act really weird about it or with it, girls and other folks will think it's weird. Be honest and be a gentleman with it and no doubt you'll find success.
And while there's several major theories, there's no there's no definitive answer as to how or why we become foot lovers.
