Itīs a sad period now. Most of the girls wears sneakers but I seems to be a fashion with leather boots this years. Many of the girls wears those boots, hiding every part of the leg and foot .
Yesterday on a long lecture the girl next to me took her boots off. The zipper said "bzzzzzz". When the boot came off you could hear a silent "svosch" and then "clonk" when they landed on the floor.
She didnīt noticed me watching her. She put her feet on the chair at her side and I could see her soles in her dark blue socks. She had lovely arches. I really have to take a photo of her sometimes!

Over the past few days Germany has experienced some mild fall weather. Some of the ladies braved sandals and flip flops yesterday. As bad as they are for a ladies foot, I like the look of the high heel boots. Ugg boots make a lady look flat footed. Winter is always full of surprises though so keep your eyes peeled.

i am starting to mourn the passing of the flip flop season but i am also a little concerned that its then of a fad/phase. i was starting to see too many flats in relation to open toed sandals.. and yes since the start of cooler weather and i have seen WAY too many uggs!
