I love it when an attractive, well-dressed woman dangles her shoe, preferably with sexy high-heeled pumps (mules/slides are good too). In a public setting it is perhaps one of the most discreet, sexually charged teases there is. (Well, at least to a foot/shoe fetishist.) She must have a nice arch though, otherwise it just looks like a brick with a shoe hanging from it.

one need not have a fetish to appreciate dangling.. it's visually appealing to more men than not..
most gals don't wait for their foot to hurt to dangle. some just do it out of random habbit..
some however were taught it's a bad thing to do.. example.. my wife.. she won't dangle unless it's to get my attention..and even then, it's rare.. and usually only in a shopping center setting.. other than that.. she feels it's not polite and won't do it anywhere
