The current dress code thread prompted me to ask this hypothetical question:

If you were a manager with hiring responsibilities in an office or store that allowed flip-flops and sandals how much do you think the apperance of a girl's feet (known or suspected) would play into your hiring decision?

thats a good question, i'd like to think that it wouldn't matter, but i don't know if i could resist a good pair of feet, but it also depends on what she looks like too, oh what the hell, all things being equal i'd go for the good looking feet.

Haw! It did influence me a few times. I'm weak. Luckily the girls not only had hot looking tootsies they turned out to be good workers too.

I hate flip flops and sandals, so I would hire the girls with pumps or flats.

There is a larger "risk" involved, but very often there is some arch cleavage to help.

i dont think i could hire someone just because she has sexy feet, but i definitely think it could sway my influence on someone who i deemed was qualified.

would like to take it a step further and go as far as hiring on how they smell but I would end up both in jail and on the news

a good manager hires the best person for the job, it shouldn't be a beauty contest

but with everything else being equal i'll hire the hot chick with hot feet

lol good question, but u cant bring ur personal arausal to work, specially when trying to hire an employee. But if the sexy female applicant also has brains, then thats a win win lol

Agreed... Abercrombie and Fitch is one of those stores that have girls in flip flops all year round and i have never seen an ugly woman there or any ugly feet so i would imagine they hire for both.
