another topic here made remember that i was wondering about this. i am not sure if you guys have noticed but.. aw hell, of course you have noticed but sometimes a woman's heel will be kinda squared off creating a flat bottom to it or sometimes it very rounded and has a rounded shape to it. do any of you have preferences to that?
i noticed that at the end of a long day on her feet, my wife's heel is very flat and squared off, but like in the morning, its all nice and round. i do kinda prefer the rounded natural look but i am not even slightly turned off by a flat bottom.

The round (baby, smooth look)heel is to me most appealing especially if it sticks out a little .. The square look to me appear older and more worn .. I think a lot will agree.

though i prefer round, the reality i've seen most is the squared heel... and the more mature the woman, the more likely it's squared (so, unless on the hunt specifically for young gals... you've got to expect both)
some squareing isn't a big deal.. but a "sharp" square with roughness.... buzz kill!

Most probably know this...but the term 'round heel' used to refer to prostitutes. Cuz there line of work often required them to be on their backs in bed so much...hence round heels.

You're on the right track but a bit off the mark. It actually worked the other way around - a gal that was regarded as "easy" was often called a "push-over" as she gave little resistance to a man's advances. Eventually, the slang caught up and mentioned her "round heels" because it was so easy to push her over.
At the time, fashions were in flux and the shoes either had square heels or more rounded ones.
Actually, it had little to do with prostitution and more with the gals who might be labeled liberteens.

Round heels are so beautiful on the foot. I like squared heels but rounded heels make the foot sexier.
