Has anyone ever seen girls who wear sandals only in very hot weather, and they wear closed toe shoes the rest of the time?
At the hair salon I go to, my haircutter, Kristie, who I've posted about before, usually wears sandals or flip flops anywhere from Feb, Mar, or Apr through Oct. She loves to show off her feet. The owner of the shop, Kristen. (I know, close names, right, they're also best friends). Anyhow, Kristen tends to wear closed toe shoes most of the time. Today, I finally saw her in heeled sandals shoes, for the first time since last year.
Anyhow, so has anyone ever noticed this: A girl who wears closed toe shoes often, and might only show off her feet once or twice a summer?

Mitch, you should be happy to see her feet at all. by law, hairdressers are not allowed to wear open toe shoes and flip flops are a total no-no.. but some shops are definitely lax in their policies.
i cant say that i've ever really noticed the situation you're talking about, but i do remember a girl i had a huge crush on in college who made me wait 2 years before i saw her feet. she was absolutely gorgeous and a couple of years older and soooo sweet and nice. was it worth it? unfortunately not at all. she had some of the ugliest feet i had ever seen. i was crushed, but it's not like i had a shot at her anyway.

the best shoes i have ever smelt were a hairdressers. she wore these black leather flats that had a open heel. She must have worn them every day to work, they didn't look well worn but holy crap they had the strongest smell.
