Norcal Feet is a favorite of mine. Don't have the money for a subscription at this point, though.

I'm also fond of Footsie Tootsies, Coed Feet, College Feet Archive, Soles of Silk, AFW4U, Cherry Asian Feet, Virgin Pink Soles, Feetishes, Latina Sole, and Sole City Chicago (which doesn't exist anymore).
