When I was still in college, there were dozens of occurrances of girls in sandals, sliding them off in the classroom or playing with the straps between their toes.
One of my favorite moments was while a couple of us from my shop class were sitting in the lobby in the technical building after our morning class. The g/f of a friend of mine in the class was sitting at the table in the center of all the benches and was doing homework. She was kind of a goth girl, just about always wearing black head to toe with very baggy pants and sweatshirts, but even though it was late winter, she wore flip flops all the time.
That time, her flip flops were sitting off to the side of her and she was sitting on her knees with her bare feet sticking out the back of the chair. Her feet were stunningly shaped (nice arches, slightly squared off long toes) and were a little dusty, probably from sliding them around on the floor. Every once in a while her toes would curl up and then relax. It was just as sexy when she repositioned how she was sitting and had her feet on the floor pushed back, and only her tippy toes were touching the ground.
