My account was just closed due to my clips going against YouTube's TOS. All good things must come to an end. Now I just need to find a new site that will host my sample clips for free that isn't quite so conservative.
my youtube account was suspended as well, when i wrote to them asking why, all i got was canned responses that had nothing to do with why i was writing, i got so frustrated, i just replied "fuck you" and that ended their emails back to me.
i never knew showing just feet is classified as porn.....i feel like i am back in eastern europe during communist times (big brother watching). well i wouldnt go that far, but i find it very upsetting that they would control these types of videos.....since when is showing feet considered porn or immoral?
well good ridence to youtube.......there are other alternatives.....

blame the merger with google.. they're trying to 'clean' up youtube to market it to a consumer base that may not be very open minded.

p.s. it's along the lines.. if someone can get "off" on the content.. then it's too sexual in nature to leave be. so.. my guess. they saw some pretty raw stuff.. and decided to do a blanket removal via key wording (assumption on my part) and took off all foot stuff.. even the innocent ones. i bet... none of use ever got to the offensive stuff because that isn't our cup of tea.. but to the folks doing this work.. it must have riled them up enough to hate all feet stuff.... only takes one bad egg

The same thing happen to me! I subscribe to Ledaemon's group and I notice all the clips in his groups were removed for a violation. I check every where for more clips but it burned me up that lot of the foot fetish stuff had been deleted. Of course that bull crap male feet is still there what kind bull is that! I have posted youtube foot vids on my blog and after going through my archives see that most of it has been removed also, and not just the copyrighted material. They have been removing anything that might cause someone some sort of arousal.

I hear ya, but you guys don't get it: foot fetish stuff isn't really viewed as porn, it's viewed as deviant. Tits, ass & pussy might be considered pornographic, but still 'normal'. If sodomy is still illegal in three (?) states, imagine how some of these extremists must feel about guys who like feet. I would not want to be in rural America (or Alberta for that matter) and admit I have a foot fetish.

WHAT IF... The people doin' the flagging where actual professional footsite owners who are loosing wood (Hits) or seein' a decrease in their sites income.... Maybe there's a thought to consider here...

Depends upon who you know, honestly. The way that the video works on YouTube (and, if anybody else knows better, feel free to say something) is through a flashplayer that was created when the Minnesota-based owner created the site. The only way you'd be able to get to save those files is if you:
1. Contacted the owner of the file, and get it from them, or,
2. Found a hacker/cracker to dive into the database and retrieve those files. (lol...kinda Shadowrun-ish, isn't it?)

Yes there is - I just tried it this weekend:
- Download Firefox - Go to 'add-ons' and install 'video downloader' (you might have to look for it); you'll see a small icon in the bottom right of the browser window once it's installed - After the youtube video loads completely, click the 'video download' icon and a dialog box will pop up - Right-click over the 'Download' button to save the video to your hard drive. You'll have to rename the file and manually add the file-extension ".flv"
- Download a Flash player (FLV 1.3.3) and drag your saved file over it to play.
You can also go to www.keepvid.com and follow their instructions. Both are easy.
