I would also like to say I can respect the non nudity thing. It leaves more to the imagination and really your models are college girls and thats what makes it cool. Your average girl who you would see in school and just want a closeup of those peds. If people want nudity then go find it elsewhere. Just change up the shots and you'll be cool. Keep it up bro.

I love your site. I am a wrinkly soles and toe pointing person. One thing I would like to see is more of the same models. I like web-sites when you can get to know the model. When you finally see a girl that has breath taking feet you want to be able to see them over and over in differnet sets. Just my opinion keep up the good work.

While I'm not big on paying for the goood ol' JOM. I do really respect guys like you wrinklesguy who refuse to turn our fetishes into just another derivative of hardcore porn.
If I was a member and saw that pictures from older shoots were being used as "updates" it would bother me somewhat. I think, since you obviously do have a target market of those that don't want all the porn with their feet and a large pool of models, that that is kind of a cop out. It's all in how you package things, however. I think that in order for you to keep your customer base happy, you should be constantly seeking out new models and actively trying to retain fan favorites. In doing that you can keep the feeling of fresh and new for the site. Use the older pics that didn't initially make the rotation maybe as "bonus posts" "extras" etc, etc. That way you can get use out of those older pics without it seeming like you're just rehashing old material. Again, it's all in how you package it.

I'm guessing that you are limited to the amount of sign-ups you get due to the fact that it's a non-nudity site. But it's still a great site.
I would say more clips will probably help as well as a ClipStore.
One of the downsides to having a non-nudity site is that your content can be spread all over the place, so watermark everything (not that that really deters). Youtube is loaded with R rated clips from non nudity pay-sites.
You could also try trading traffic/content with other non-nudity site like Lexi's.

You can mix it up a bit with the settings. Most of the shots I see you post all seem to be at the same park and on your truck. Why not do some shoots where the girls gas up your truck, doing a little barefoot shopping at the store, barefoot in a public place like a library, etc. I'm not sure how comfortable you are with doing this, but I know stuff like that works for Hal's site, and for models like Daemoness in the past.
Patrick mixes it up alot on his site too. Food crushing, dirty soles, girls suckling each other's tootsies. No nudity there.

your site is fine man. every site has a theme to it and yours is called norcal feet for a reason. just like soles of silk sticks to there theme, and feetcore sticks to there theme and so on. there are many unique sites out there. my site isnt even a paid site. its just a site where you can see the feet that women offered to send pics of. i even have your site on there and its no big deal to me to get everyones attention, i dont spam places or ask anyone to switch banners. i dont look for tons of hits but at the same time mine is free while yours is a paid site. i think what you do is fine just as the many others that come to this forum. sometimes people dont like the idea of paying for the good stuff, but thats just how it can be sometimes. you will always have supporters and you will have doubters. its great that you wanna do new things to improve to or to bring in more people. but just keep doing what you do. i respect all the guys that can go out there publically and bring in girls to model there feet. there are some that just sit home and talk about it while your out there doing it!

Randy: I never said i was lacking traffic..it's the complete opposite of that.Norcalfeet is quite successful,just that I wanted to know how many updates a week folks wanted to see and what was fair.
