I think some of us need to lay off the assumption that just because a celebrity might say they "like feet" or pull something like Richard Simmons did, it means they automatically fall onto the list of having a foot feitsh. In my opinion, those that are quick to put just about any celebrity onto the list of having a foot fetish are just a bit overzealous about wanting foot fetishism to become "mainstream". It's like they need a list of all these celebrities to justify, and feel more acceptable towards, the fetish they have,... kind of like they're saying, "Well, all of these people (fill in the blank with celebrities) have a foot fetish so it's okay if I have one too and it's all the more reason for more people to have it and for it to be more acceptable by society."
The bottom line is, who really cares if celebrities do have a foot fetish or not? Them having one isn't going to make it more "mainstream" just because they do, nor will it make it any "cooler" for people who don't understand what a foot fetish is and who don't accept it.
I agree. It's just Richard being his typical outragious self, that's all. If fact, I'll bet that if he was straight, she'd really freak out!

I definitely thought I was getting myself into seeing a sole get kissed. When that didn't happen my last hope was that he would pull the shoe off, too bad he didn't. Hopefully we will see her feet sometime soon, hard though since she's a TV anchor.

Maybe he's gay or not but whatever the case it's more attention for us! Having a gay man go for a woman's feet comes off as harmless compared to if that were Ludacris that had done that. I do believe that was for the better, that incident on CNN.
