Some super powers lost this week. Marisa, and of course, Megan. What a tragedy! I guess her bid to have a perfect season is not a possibility anymore. I guess Megan will have to finish the season 15-1 then.
I tip my hat off to Candice for a good victory. I hold no personal grudge against Candice and she's a very cool chick. Just know, Candice, that since you are in the same division as Megan, you will meet her again. Megan Fox does not forget things, and she will get her revenge. If no one believes that, then just ask Audrina.
Now Megan will have to destroy someone next week just to get rid of the stench that comes after losing a match. And don't be surprised if she does completely dominate her next victim.

I'm so happy to see that Joanna won her match. She's my favorite to win this whole thing. Marisa might consider into taking her division a little more seriously. I think she's incredibly hot and her feet match the rest of her hotness.
This is the first sign of great things to come for her, I can feel it!

And I'm not talking about Ivan Putski, either. In this case, we are referring to Joanna Krupa. Joanna is now a precense on everyone's radar for beating the spokeslady of the American Female Class, Marisa Miller. The same woman who enter last year's playoff torunament as the Number 1 seed for the AFC. Marisa now faces a tough issue because now she realizes that she cannot just walk all over the rest of the girls in her division like she did last season. Now, Marisa finishes this week with a taste that's not so sweet because a loss to her divisional rival this early in the season awakes Miller to the fact that Joanna will make this a long season for her.
It seems that Joanna has developed a fanbase in this contest that will help her power her way into the playoffs. Being that she handed Marisa her second loss in her last twenty regular-season matches, shows that Joanna has arrived in America's Female Class to take advantage of the freedom that it provides to its ladies and seek a successful stay on America's soil.
Joanna, from Poland, will love to make her living in America. For Miller, she is now put in a position to answer the call as to why she's the Official Smbol of the AFC and retake what she feels is hers and what she feels has now been violated: The United States of America.

IRINAs 10-DAY BREAK
With that has happened this week, Irina now feels as if she has taken a week and a half off over the course of seven days because not only did she have her bye week, but the other three girls in her division lost their matches this week. All three now fall a half a win behind Irina in the standings in Division IV of the AFC. Irina is enjoying her great fortune in this contest after her loss in Week 1. She's graced the cover of Sports Illustrated Swinsuit Issue, then has taken that popularity to grant her her first win over the Polish Power in Joanna Krupa. Now, she went to enjoy her break, even more now that Adriana, Eva, and Miranda have lost their matches.

KIM MAKES IT A PARTY
After Kim's win over Keibler last night, Kim has decided to take her celebration to Vegas. I'm serious, she's in Vegas as I'm typing this (Twitter keeps us up to date). She will spend her victory there to party before getting back to business with her next match. As the defending champion, the job is to make everyone else's stay an uneasy time to cope through. The job as the defending champ is to show everyone that if they want to get to the top, they must also go through the strenuous obstacles that makes becoming champion all the worth while and all worth the preserveracnce and dedication to convince the masses that you are Queen Bee.
At the time when people thought that Kim might have to scratch and crawl to get to a Wild Card spot, all of a sudden she finds herself right back in the race where her division has first and last place separated by one win, making it the tightest race going on so far. Making this win very important was the fact that it came against her division leader, Stacy Keibler. The fact that Carmen Electra reminded us that she IS Carmen Electra by not losing two matches in a row, makes Stacy quite worrisome. But it should be noted that Stacy did not go down without a fight because for a while there, Stacy held the lead early and late into the match. If anything, it shows that Stacy can defend herself and that she won't be some pushover. At least for now. Let's see how she handles herself thoughout the course of the season.

DOMINANCE GIVES WAY TO PARITY
This year's contest has been the most well-balanced season in National Fashionistas history after the first four weeks of the season.

Parity is what makes competition as equal and symetrical as possible. As much as I love dynasties, parity can be a good thing for the product as well. Now that there are two women remaining who does not have have a loss, that means that it will become a little harder to predict which girl will stand out from above the rest of the feild. That means that predictions are more likely to go wrong this year than it has ever had in the past. When things are thrown off balance, it becomes a compelling story to tell. With things being this unpredictable, there is a better chance that some under-the-radar girl is going to win the World Championship. Now for those who are fans of women who are not as popular as a Jessica Alba or a Kim Kardashian, there is more hope that those girls can mix it up with the Alba's and the Kardashian's.
This year, Olivia Wilde and Kate Beckinsale remain undefeated. Last year, Olivia Wilde was 4-0 by this time. For Kate, she is the ONLY woman in Fashionistas history to have no losses after the first four weeks of the season four years in a row. Even for any woman who has been in this contest for only three full seasons can't say that she was undeated after Week 4 in each of those seasons.
This also shows that I did a nice job selecting the new girls to take part in this season.

For Jessica Alba and Carmen Electra, the women who put a stop to those streaks both made the playoffs that year (as Wild Cards). For Candice to put an end to a more dominat streak, it's also worth thinking about the possibility that she'll make the playoffs this year.
For Candice being the biggest victory of her young career, she can live with the comfort that she is Ms. NFC.

As this contest is about celebrating famous women of today, it must still not forget about the women who paved the way for them. A few years ago, I co-ran a mini celeb contest that featured women who were sex symbols from the 1930s through the 1970s. Jane Russell was not one of those women, but even if she were, she would've done well for herself.
But the legends of the past should always have a space for reserved for them whenever it's time to pay tribute, respect and love.
She was quite a controversial figure when she rose to prominence and is regarded as one of the 40 iconic film goddesses of all time. With her roles in movies such as The Outlaw and Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, she was one of the leading sex smbols of the 1940s and 1050s.
Thanks to everyone who made this week a very interesting discussion and a topic good enough to keep bringing it to the top of this forum from time to time.

Ok, this is a foot fetish contest more than anything else. This explains why when the season started, I explained to everyone that for each match they should vote for on who's feet you'd rather worship. This is also why I make references to this contest as "Foot Fetish Hollywood." And this also explains why I have Salvatore Ferragamo's name as part of my signature for the logo of this contest. It's a dedication to the legendary shoemaker of the 1920s who made shoes for famous women throughout the Golden Era of Hollywood. This is my way, and the voter's way, of paying homage to him. And this is why these women are competing for The Salvaore Ferragamo, our version of the trophy that's awarded to the champion. If he were alive today, he would be very pleased to making customized shoes for a number of these ladies.
Whenever I post a comment on this thread, I try to be as unbiased as I possibly can. One way of doing that is by not talking about how nice their feet are (except in the playoffs or when a girl wins the championship). If there are two or more people in here arguing about whose feet look better, as Commissioner of this contest, I cannot come in there and take one side of the argument. Why? Because the person (or people) on the other side of the argument might think that I'm rigging the contest against their girl, especially if that girl goes on a losing streak.
I do have my favorites in each division, just like everyone else. If I go on record and tell you who they are, and they happen to be women whose feet you don't like, AND those same women who I like (based on feet) make the playoffs, some people might think that that's a little too coincidental. So as Commissioner, I cannot talk about what I think about each woman's feet.
So when I come in here, I just talk about how hot they are and how well (or terrible) some of them are doing and I bring out some weird stats every week to support my case. If I give an opinion on who someone is doing well, it's because they are. And I have to say this without mentioning how I think their feet look like because if I do, someone might disagree with me and I do not want to get into a shouting match with that person. I leave all of the arguing up to the voters.
I guess this explains why Nusuth might think that this is just a hot body contest more than a foot contest because my posts make it sound like it was just a hot body contest by talking about their feet. Now you know why I don't. I guess this also explains why commissioners of pro sports like baseball, basketball, football and hockey don't go on record to say who they're rooting for. Because people will suspect that something's up if most of their picks are correct.
Now, when I said that this is a foot fetish contest for the most part, you'll also notice that I throw in a number of non-foot pics as well. That's just my way of giving you guys an appetizer, a little side dish or dessert, if you will. I believe the beauty of a woman's feet can also classify other part of how sexy she is with her overall appearance. I want to give the audience a little something extra to look at because I want to cater to people's different tastes in women.
The same thing with the YouTube vids. For the most part, they don't show the feet. But what I'm doing there is bringing the match to life, to give the voters a sense of who that person is and make them feel as if they were actually interacting with that lady. So if there's one thing that I should apologize for, is for not letting you know in advance that the clips are not foot clips. From now on, just assume that it isn't (unless I point out otherwise).
The thing with their Twitter accounts gives you the sense that they're letting into their private lives a little bit.
That part can explain why there's no "feet" in the title of this contest. I feel that's something that anyone can come up with and it was my attempt into standing out and being different.
If this was just a regular hot body contest, more than 70% of the pictures would not include their feet.

To answer that first question, we're not seeing eye to eye on some issues. To answer the second question, no. You can make that case for Alessandra Ambrosio, but I don't have a problem with the way her feet look.

I don't mind for long toes, but I do prefer feet that are smaller than that. Like a size 7, like Megan Fox. But I do mind bent toes, and I don't see that with Candice. Her feet are precious. I'm a bit surprised that you would say those things about Candice's feet. If anything, I thought you might not give her a pass since her name is not as big as some of the other women in here.

National, i never was referring to you because i understand how as the organizer of this competition, you cant shade it with your personal bias. i meant along the lines of the some of the voters who wail and lament when their favorite average-footed celeb loses to a lesser known but hotter hoofed babe.
