I've posted several craigslist ads under gigs->talent, but nothing pans out. A few responses but nothing else. I want to start a site or at the very least a clips store. Are there other websites I should be posting on? Any and all help is great, I live in a small town and I don't think anyone should be worried about me "competing" with them for talent, so please just share your methods. Thank you.

I'd start with people you know. I don't sell the pics I take, but all my "models" are exs, friends that I've known for years, or friends of friends. The one time I had a complete stranger was through a backpage add... and lets just say I did more than take pics, lol.

Ex girlfriends, Friends and friends of friends are a great way to start. I agree. I've done the same thing. It also has gotten to the point with me that if I ask a woman out or try to "get with" a woman and she decides to "friend zone me" or any other form of rejection I immediately proposition them to model their feet for me instead.
I've also searched for talent on social networking sites like Tagged and Moco. I have been successful with that! What I do is I don't flat out ask them to model, I try to get to know them a little, gain their trust, make them feel comfortable then I go for it.
That's just me though. I've never tried putting out an ad or anything. At least not yet....

Craigslist has been very effective for me personally. You have to use proper wording to make them feel safe and as the others said, offer money. I can PM you an example of one of my ads.
And believe it or not, some might eventually forgo the money simply because they like having their feet played with. One girl told me that she doesn't want money but she just wants me to bring a new pair of pantyhose or socks whenever we meet up and I'm good to go.

Hey IAdoreToes could I see that template? I may use craigslist myself.

IAdoreToes, can I have a sample of your ad too..?
I need advice from all you guys about a recent situation. I am a manager at a local store. A young girl (19-20) came in for a job. While running her background, our hiring department failed her from hiring, cuz she's not legal. She has been in U.S since she was 2 yrs old. She's college going student, etc, etc... She badly needs a job (and money, I guess). Can I offer her some money for foot modeling? It's not like I intend to do anything crazy with her, she would just come in her regular clothes/shoes, and have pix taken. That's all.
Is that Okay to do, or can I get in trouble if she reports or makes a big deal about it..?

I'm gonna start charging you guys lol jk. I just sent it over.
I would ease my way in with this chick and play it by ear. She'll probably be up for it since she needs money anyways.

Tough situation, because she came to you concerning employment and you are a superior. You have to keep this separate.
It may be possible to develop a personal relationship with her on the side, on your own terms.... "Listen, I actually might be able to find other opportunities for you. Here's my #, give me a call." She'll contact you. Exactly how or when you can introduce the foot modelling gig is up to you.

That's exactly what I did. I gave her my number. She actually called and texted me saying, "thank you so much for trying to help me. I appreciate that". I had told her a friend of mine may have some gigs for her. Well, there's no friend. It's just me... Now to get her to model her feet, possibly touch her feet... I don't know. She's hot. And this whole employment thing is bugging me, cuz being in a superior position could be perceived that I didn't hire her on purpose, for my personal gain. However, she KNOWS that her paperwork is messed up a little.
So now what...???

Now you have 2 pieces of evidence showing that you have a separate relationship: Bad paperwork justifying the no-hire, and a personal txt from her showing a different conversation.
What do you think of $20-$30 for a lunch/coffee discussion with her? Very low risk and innocuous. There's lots of ways to do this. If you need strategy & tactics, you can pm me.
