To all the fellow players on this forum. I'm pleased to say that I finally bought an American Strat. IMHO, this is one HELL of an AXE! Far superior to any electric I've ever owned, Gretsch and Gibson included.

I've got a Strat too. It's a fine guitar, no doubt about it. But for my purposes, my Ibanez is just better. Then again, I'm playing metal, tuned down a step, with heavy gauge strings.

In all seriousness though, I'm glad you're enjoying your Strat. Currently I have three Strats:
1. 2007 '70s reissue Olympic White, maple board. She's loaded with three Gold Lace Censors, the Clapton preamp complete with the TBX control. As well, Dunlop flush mount straplock system, gold hardware, cream knobs/p/u covers and Sperzel locking heads. MY MAIN STRAT!
2. '94 Richie Sambora model, made in Mexico. Swapped the licenced FR II to an OFR, all new pickups, black, rosewood board.
3. '96 Richie Sambora black paisley Strat. Made in Japan, rewound the bridge pickup, all new gold hardware, Dimarzio HS2 in neck, HS3 in middle, Dunlop straplock system.
I will post pics if someone else posts first.
