I have heard from several professional Dommes that they dangle their shoes in public to attract the attention of foot fetishists. Moreover, they have told me that they sometimes acquire new clients by doing so.

Interesting, my friend. When I see a woman swinging her shoes in the street, I'm always in doubt if she does it on purpose (provoking) or if it's involuntary. Thanks for commenting.
