That's so funny. I actually own that video, and it did help me with my overall foot massage/pseudo reflexology technique. I bought it before I got my own apartment, so trifling people would just mistake it for merely an instructional DVD.

Why does it spend so long on the colon? I couldn't help but laugh- at least two thirds of that video seems to be focused on bowel problems.

She looks like she's in some pain though, probably not getting used to getting a hard treatment like that. "Itai" means "oww", by the way. I know that from the copious amount of anime I watch, heh.

I have seriously thought about reflexogy, but most people who come to get treatment will have NASTY feet.
But saying that get a book learn about it and pleasure/relax your wife or gf. It works a treat trust me.
