Haha, you may be right...on the other hand I saw some of the worst English when I was in Asia. Itīs probably just a normal massage parlor and they thought "Foot Fetish" was a cool name. Probably googled it.
I also saw a restaurant called "SuperPorn". And another one called "Ninja Craps".

if only i agree with the stated above, they probably just thought it was a cool sounding name without knowing its real meaning, same thing is done on a daily basis for chinese resturaunts and pedicure parlors.

I've used about a dozen "massage parlors" in Bangkok over the years that I have been going there and believe me, they do offer plenty of "services", foot fetish included.
For the proper sum you can get some exquisite feet. A couple of years ago I enjoyed the gorgeous feet of a German woman, very tall, blonde, and pretty, Size 11 feet. They are not all Thai women in these places. She charged me $250 for 1.5 hours of uninterrupted foot worship.
Another time, and this is some time back, way back in the Fall of 1988, I was treated to a twosome of two blondes, one Australian, the other French, both with gorgeous red toe-nail polished gems. One was very ticklish and I paid a little "extra" maybe $100 to have the other girl tickle her feet with me. All told, I spent about $400 in that one.
All the other times have been well worth it. I always get some pretty feet and have a good time. No sex. Just foot worship and fun.
I say try it, you'll like it.
Bangkok is a foot man's delight. You'd be surprised.
