If choosing between those two specifically, I would take spread.

But the best for me is when the toes are curled tightly inward wrinkling the soles to the max!!

Nothing better than that!

Wiggle, especially with the toes pointing downward, this way the wrinkles show to the max, which is my fav.

Being the "sweaty feet in flats" fan I am, I think I probably like it best when a girl spreads her toes straight after slipping her hot sweaty feet out of her flats. Just lets you know she's airing her feet off...... I do like the wiggle also though.........

I much prefer wiggling. The toes in action, plus the wrinkling soles are enough to drive me crazy. If she wears nylons though, the spread is much nicer.
