Lately I've been thinking about buying used socks and hosiery, mainly from ebay. I was talking with this one seller via email (she didn't accept ebay messages, but had another email listed in order to contact her, which I thought it was kind of strange). She seemed nice enough and had pictures with nice legs and feet. It seemed legit so I offered to buy a pair from her via PayPal (this transaction was outside of eBay). As I was looking at my PayPal receipt, it had a guys name on the account!! Instantly I thought of an old thread that was posted on here talking about how we there was a couple who was scamming pervs like me by having the girl do all the pictures and talking and the guy was wearing the item. I almost hurled thinking about that. I looked on this chick's ebay account and there's a small picture icon of her, and the freaking picture looks very digitalized or whatever. I told myself fuck it, I emailed the person back and asked who the hell is the guy who's on your PayPal account and don't bother mailing me the hose. I'll just kiss the money goodbye I guess. I don't know...what do you guys think?

Since you've already paid, you might as well take delivery. I'd try and look closely (holding my nose) for a foot (heel to toe) imprint on the hose; if it appears small enough, you might be in luck...but the doubt might screw with your head, it would mine.

I feel better about it now. After sending that email to her asking who the hell the guy is, she responded why another name is on the account and she refunded me my money. I asked her if she could take a picture of her wearing the hose, along with my name and date, I would buy them, and she did! I can't wait!

The person refunded me the money again. She seemed cool with it. After seeing the amount of people who bid on her items on ebay, she's not going to lose any money. The fact that this is the second time she has refunded me money makes me think this is not a scam, there's no way of knowing this for sure. As my grand father use to tell me as a little boy: "it's better to be safe than to have some guys athletes foot fungus all over your face"!

actually i've had great luck with buying socks off girls online. ive bought quite a lot over the past yr actually. only 3 of them had super strong amonia smelling socks, which is a bit much for me. but the others were great, and had a very feminine scent to them. a couple barely had any scent, but most were great. and most are on Instragram, i follow a shitload of foot models on there. and price varies but i tend to go for ones that cost no more than $15 or $20. ive had some that were less and a few that cost more, but once its like $30 and up i don't bother. which kinda sucks cuz theres a couple foot models that are about that price and that i'd love to smell their socks.

I have to agree with HighArch...it would screw with me not knowing 100% that it came from a chick.

I can see if my wife will sell some of her used socks to you, I can assure you that she will be the only one wearing them. I have been one of the longest members and have a good rep with a lot of people in here.
