To be sure, there are a lot of fake orgasms but there are also some genuine ones.

Faking orgasms in porn is standard issue. I mean hell, look at the majority of the porn vids out there these days. I am not into watching or making boy/girl porn (I am not into spending money to watch other dudes shagging hotties I would like to shag MYSELF!!! ).. yet from the limited knowledge I have about the way boy/girl scenes are filmed, I would tend to agree that most female orgasms are fake. Filming a biy/girl porn movie is "a stop-and-go, change position, wait a moment, screw it we have to film this scene all over again" affaire.. not the ideal conditions for a woman to have an orgasm..
