Wife just got a pedicure and its been driving me crazy the last day. Finally I told her last night, its going down now, I cant take it. She then tells me " You know Im perfectly fine with your fetish and I love it, but I do have other body parts above my ankles. DOH! [Thud]

That should be a HUGE RED FLAG to you that you have been ignoring her needs. Sounds like you need to set aside some time just for her. By "just for her", I mean pleasing her with what she likes.

You need to nip this in the bud quickly, and make sure it doesn't happen again. For your sake and hers.

I agree completely. OP this is her giving you a warning. The foot fetish is fine and all but she doesnt share your fetish. She's telling you that you're not taking care of business in other ways. If you don't respect the warning in will go badly for your marriage.

It is NOT an overreaction.
