What do you mean true state area? Do you mean Texas state area? Well, there are many of them. Just go on Backpage and it will list many locations.

You can go to any massage parlour and ask for feet.
You can first either ask the mamasan about it or when you in the room with the girl you can ask for it or make your move and agree upon a cash amount...they are game for it for the most part

For the record, the "tri state area" almost always refers to New York, New Jersey and Connecticut in the North East, at least to New Yorkers, it might be something else for folks from Pennsylvania.

If you're from Erie (like me) tri-state would be PA, OH and NY, since Erie is 30 min from OH and 40 min to NY. But if you are in SW PA, say Washington it would be PA, WV and OH...you can literally go from PA, through the western panhandle of WV and into OH in about 30 min. I'm from NY and my friends, family, and myself all consider the tri-state area being NY, NJ, and PA. I think we should start a thread for massage parlors in the USA that are foot friendly.

That's so true, but for those of us who happen to live in New York City, it's definitely NY, NJ and CT. Upstate folks, specially those who live in or near Albany, our capital, have the NY, VT, MA trio as their tri-state area. You can look it up. lol

I suggest you find an every day girl instead of a girl working at a massage parlor. They will charge you prostitution prices. A good nice local girl will probably charge only like $60 or less an hour not the $150 or $200 a massage parlor will charge. Besides, I think massage parlors are very dirty. You never know, there could be a man worshiping that girl's feet just one hour before you put your mouth on them.
