Summer is around the corner, everywhere you go, you see nice girls with sandals, flat, wedges, high heels, open toe sandals. I went out last week and I saw noticed two girls wearing sandals with the nicest feet. I wanted to compliment their feet but I wasn't sure of the reaction I would have...
Once a waitress in a night club who was serving us all night, I told her your feet must be tired from running upall night and she responded: Don't worry about me, I will be alright..
I thought she would get the hint, that I would lovely massage her feet.. During the nightshe was heel popping her feet out of her shoes..
Any stories ? advices ?

I always stay away from waitresses and bar maids. They are usually focused on work, tired, and hustling for money all while knowing they're being watched by a manager or eye in the sky (casino). They've pretty much heard everything from guys and most have no time for shenanigans. That's been my experience.

Just do a regular approach. Unless they're hookers or you're better off just trying to engage them in friendly conversation. If you get in and she gives hints that it's going places sexually, then open up about your fetish. Otherwise you'll just come off as another creep. Now complimenting their feet early isn't bad, but don't make it's the pickup or even opening line.

You approach her no differently than you would any girl. You should be trying to pick up the girl, not her feet.
As far as bartenders, they work for tips so they are essentially getting paid to be nice to you. View them as hired guns, and try to pick them up like you would a stripper. It can be done, but requires a fair amount of game on your part. I've found that if you have a hot girl as your wingman, it helps tremendously.
I've personally found that waitresses at strip clubs are often overlooked by most guys and are a lot easier to pick up than strippers.

You guys need a girl with you. One time at a strip club, my wife leaned in near me and remarked at how she thought a stripper we saw on the stage had a perfect pair of tits. (My wife likes tits.) So, then she asks me what I liked on her and I said that I thought she had almost as perfect feet as her (my wife). So, when the song ends, she sits next to us, takes her heels off and props one foot in my lap and the other on my chest and says "your wife says you think I have perfect feet..."
In STL, if you had a girl, as a wingman, she could butter up the girl by saying things like "I like your sandals" or "I like your toe polish". I have seen women stop my wife in wal-mart, and mention how they love her nail polish, with my wife wiggling her foot out of her flipflop and the other woman coming within a foot or two of her toes.

Talk normal. Compliment her on something else besides her feet first.
I don't mess with a waitress or bartender unless I frequent a place often. I recently rubbed a bartenders feet from a bar that I go to often down the street from my house. It was dead and she was pulling a double. She slipped off her Toms and she had an aqua color painted toes. Right when she was enjoying it. I sucked the sweat off her toes. She was like ewww that can't taste good lol. I was like I how your feet smell and taste. She was like gross. But continued to let me do it.
When a customer came in she got up served him and came back and said do the other one lol. I will be definitely doing this more often.
Key is to tip well and engage in regular convo. Build up to the feet part. Your looks play a role too.
But personally I just go to the strip club if I want feet. It's just quicker while I talk to civilian women.

One more thing. You're wasting you're time with night club waitresses and bartenders. They are way too busy. Which leads them to have a funky ass response like you received. A lot of them think they are hot shit because they are in a club.

There was good advice about picking up the girl, not her feet. No girl initially wants to be sexually objectified, even by guys who look like Johnny Bravo. That comes later, after you built some attraction, rapport, comfort, and took things to that next level.
I was at a strip club which hosted a fetish party. One short, stocky guy sat on a sofa and went through woman after woman giving foot rubs. He got a stripper, a super hot little shot girl/waitress, and other women at the party. The shot girl was the most impressive of his conquests because she was always on the go.
It was a combination of social momentum and women wanting to be part of the fun. He never left the sofa! He didn't have to leave it to get the women he wanted.

Keep in mind that waitresses, bartenders, strippers, etc, are being paid to be accomodating and friendly with you, and the friendlier they are, they more you'll be inclined to give them more money.
Not saying that picking one up is impossible, but the goal is to try and shut her off of that programming and let her guard down, and ostensibly demonstrate to her that you're not there for what she presumes you're there for: to hit on her.

Hmmm. My experience is most of them been full of themselves in night clubs. You know the bottle poppin type joints. These broads act like they are millionaires and they can't even pay rent even with having a roommate.
My luck has always been at dive bars being a regular. I typically never do it at a bar that I know I'm not coming back to.

Hey Jedi. I don't want to sell a guy a dream tho. Looks do play a role. A guy that may not be attractive would have better chance at strip club vs a regular bar. Strip club is about money...period. When it's dead during the day is my favorite time. They are hard up for money. It is way slower to get feet at a regular bar. Since they heard it all, you have to move slow. That only works for me if I'm going to a bar regularly.
That guy was at a foot event so it was a somewhat normal situation and American women a socially conditioned to act accordingly to the appropriate situation. American women are sheep. If they see another woman enjoying something they want it too.
