Do people here who get feet regularly from girlfriends or wives have sex often without feet? Do you get feet every time you have sex? To those who pay for feet, do you ever have 'regular' sex? .For some, has it been a while since you've had intercourse, and you engage with feet only? Can anybody here get off to feet only? My boyfriend always gets my feet every time. And, I'm perfectly okay with that. What he does with my feet feels good to me too. And, he always takes care of me in other ways too. We don't have intercourse every time, but almost. It depends on what we're both in the mood for.

Here is my answer in one sentence. If your girl has feet that appeal to you you will always incorporate them during sex. For a further explanation keep reading below.
This is a great question and I am sorry I am going to give you an answer that I don't like hearing but, it depends on the feet one's girlfriend has.
In the past I was in a long term relationship with a girl that had mediocre feet. By this I mean that her soles, toes, and smell of her feet weren't that attractive to me. Why was I with her you ask? It was because I have calve fetish and she had outstanding legs and was an amazing girlfriend. We both enjoyed sex very much and did it all the time. However for the most part I neglected her feet because I wasn't that interested in them. She was a size 7.
My current girlfriend has amazing feet. The smell of her feet is better than Viagra. She has these nice wide soles and meaty heels. Yet I don't spend a lot of time looking at her feet during sex. And I am very much into sex itself. So if her feet don't smell then they get ignored during sex.
Furthermore, sex is never harmed if I don't take interest in feet during the course. Good feet only serve to enhance sex.
When I think about it my circumstance is rather peculiar. I look at pictures of feet everyday on Instagram yet I don't pay attention to it much during sex. I guess sometimes there isn't enough room. With an beautiful gal you want to relish so much of her it can't all be feet, at least not for me.

That's about the answer I would give.
I'm not in a relationship now, but when I am, I want both sex and feet. I probably crave feet a bit more than I crave sex, but I wouldn't ever want to give up one for the other.
I don't ever pay for sex, but I have paid for playing with a girl's feet plenty.
If jerking off to foot porn counts as "getting off to feet only," then hell yeah I can do that. Many is the time I've gotten off to absolute closeup photos of feet with no other part of the girl visible. That's how much I crave and love feet.

I should probably rephrase the 'feet only' part. I've caused confusion. I mean is there anyone here who is incapable of getting off to anything besides feet. Are feet the only thing that can get you off? This leads to my question in regards to giving up sex for feet. That's really the bulk of what I was curious about and asked too many questions whose phrasings caused confusion.
