Does anybody else think that high heels make it hard to tell what a woman's foot really looks like? I just feel like since the shoe is sort of shaping the foot in odd ways that it sometimes makes it difficult to get a full understanding of the shape.

I agree. This is part of why I hate when women wear heels.

This is confusing since closed shoes conceal the foot. If anything, heels give you a better chance to see the arch and heel if she dangles. Better yet if she pops her feet completely out:

Ugg boots have to be the worst for me. My problems with high heels are the way they mess up the toes and make it look like the woman has more of an arch than she really does.

I mean mostly in the ways that they shape the toes. Not just after years of use, but at the moment they're being worn.
