$60 for a one hour foot worship session should be fair. My current foot girl only charges me $40 up to $50 for a one hour foot worship including footjob. If she's looking to be a model at foot parties as you stated, I don't believe she gets to make her own rates. I believe the party itself determines that, and it's generally the model receives $20 for 10 minutes of foot play, with the various foot activities being all the ones you enumerated.
