I'm a sole lover, too. Well mostly underneath the toes with the soles being a super-close second.
But one thing I noticed as a foot sniffer: most videos that show foot sniffing favors sniffing *on top of* the foot (essentially sniffing the toenails), and I always wondered wtf is up with that. I *think* its to kill two birds with one stone: show sniffing, while giving a clear POV view of the soles. So you can imagine yourself sniffing the soles, I guess? But, it would be sexier to me seeing the soles sniffed, not looking at un-sniffed soles while toenails are getting sniffed.
This is prevalent in a LOT of foot sniffing vids, and I've noticed that if it begins with foot sniffing and then switches to foot LICKING NOW we get a good and decent view of the person licking the sole. Its frustrating since that's not my fetish (I don't like feet wet from water or saliva, barely even from foot sweat itself), but I imagine this is heaven for those who do and also like soles.

The look and that is where the funk resides. Every time a woman takes off her flats and puts it in my face. The soles hold that sweet funk.

I've also wondered about what it is about soles that is so appealing. I mean I know what I like about soles and which aspects or kinds turn me on. Yet, I was strictly a 'tops, toes, and arches' guy when I began exploring my fetish, that is, after years of suppressing it. I began exploring my attraction to feet at age 19, yet I gradually got into soles and sniffing by age 22 or 23 (give or take). Before that, I didn't "get" it. Now, these things are the crux of my fetish, which themselves are at the center of my sexuality (alongside or slightly over BDSM).

Yeah, in the early stages of my affinity for female feet, tops are what I liked the most as well. I'm not really sure at what point that transitioned to soles.

i stronqly disaqree with the last part. there are many celebrities who took qood care of their feet, and still don't have nice soles. not need to mention their names if you know what i mean.
