It is visible but clearly it's a photographic technique used to create "Bokeh effect" where the object IN focus is what the photographer wants you to look at. Plenty of pics in that set with her face, I think we've discussed this ad nauseam.
Yes we have discussed this & i've known for years what the point of the focus is i wasn't expecting you to respond just commented as it's a very nice close up licksble sole shot but if imagining worshipping her sole it does nothing looking at a blurred face.Some people would take multiple shots with focus on feet aswell as foot & face clearly visible.
