How has that been proven? By a screencap from another sock account on Instagram that you use to try and generate fake buzz there like you do here?
Proven or not (that's up to the moderators, and if they want to let you, Norcal, flout the rules) it's highly suspect that Alice W. Wu, Groth, and Kounter_Punch are Norcal sock puppets. I suspect there are several more besides these. There are reasons that you got banned at the Mousepad.
