I have always thought it would be hot to get a muddy feet footjob, but I think the issue with it is if you get that dirt in the hole of the member... OUCH! I'm thinking it's going to be burning when you pee.

It is not a problem. If you are worried about real mud from outside, you can always get potters clay which is child safe and clean anyway. I find even after it dries, you can re-use it by soaking it in boiling water for 10-15 mins.
As with any play in the dirt, a good wash after is a good idea. Once you peed for the first time you will have cleared any gunk that you fear may have entered. Having experimented with this extensively, this has never been a problem for me.

Think of all those WAM videos that the ladies do masturbating in the mud. now THEY have something to worry about to they their junk clean.
