Therapist Regan is trying to make some progress with her young patient Naomi. All Naomi can think about is sexy women's feet and she can't seem to focus on anything else. Regan has tried just about everything to deal with Naomi's uncontrollable urges and is starting to think that the only way to help Naomi is to let her indulge in her fantasies.
