Anyone follow this series? I was introduced to it around 5yrs ago and still watch the animated series. I've only read a few books. A few of my friends that keep up with it follow the 'english' subbed (subtitled) while I follow it English dubbed. Dubbed takes longer to process (jap converting) meaning I'm about 100 episodes behind them. I've tried to advance through with the subbed version but don't like the voices I've grown to enjoy. My subbed friends thinks the voices used in dub version sound retarded, I think the verca.

When I used to watch anime, I preferred the subbed version. Comes out faster (no waiting for dubbing) and the Japanese voices lend a bit of class and authenticity to the medium.
Dubbed voices usually mispronounce things too. And they don't really get the characters "right".

I tried bleach, watched about the first 25 or so episodes and it was pretty good, I just got a bit busier and don't have the time to take on too many series with Naruto already on my plate along with a couple other non anime tv series. Ichigo is pretty bad ass
