I am having some trouble in thinking of ways to kiss my girlfriends feet without going to much trouble. What I mean is, I have no problem giving her a foot massage, but in order to kiss her feet I would either have to stoop way over or lift her leg fairly high.
I would normally try this while giving a massage, something I like to do with her lying on the sofa and her legs stretched across it, me on the other end sitting up. With her legs in my lap I can't bend over much, so how could I do? With a former girlfriend I moved her legs then had to kneel by the sofa to be able to kiss her feet and suck her toes, that way was a bit more than I want just now.
I hear people saying start with a little kiss on her feet but how can I without going into some wierd position hehe.
Sorry if this is a strange thing to ask but I want to start small and work my way from there.

The direct approach is what I suggest. You should just DO IT rather than dance around about it. If she's got her feet in your lap while massaging take her foot by the ankle in one hand while rubbing it with the other and lift it up to your lips. That isn't hard at all.
here's an idea i tried once.. my lady was on the sofa with her feet up and propped on the elbow of the sofa.
when i came in.. i felt the vibe she wanted a massage and was about to scoot over to let me sit. i cooly went for the other sofa and pulled it up closer (helps the sofa/love seat or whatever it's called was light enough to pull will minimal effot).
sat on it.. and started massaging her feet right on the elbow of the sofa she was laying on. that way.. she had little moving to do.. got the massage she wanted.. and with a little lean forward.. her toes were mines.
that should greatly help ya... the other one.. i've done.. while she was laying on her bed and I was tinkering on her computer.. i slid over to her feet.. while lowering the seat (that handle thing that lets the seat down).. and got in better position to nibble on her toes (her bed is one of those elevated ones)
hope those two ideas gets you thinking of a way you can massage and have quick access to the toes without having to bend over too much or lift her legs high.
the last idea.. which i've not tried because my lady doesn't do this.. if she's sitting in the car with her feet out the window (preferably in the evenig late.. if you don't want everyone to clearly see what you're doing) as you come back to the car.. just swing by her side.. nibble on her toes.. say somethign romantic.. then proceed to your side and drive!

You might just want to try something in between... Partially lift her leg/foot up and partially stoop over and meet in the middle. I've done this quite a few times with women who have been relaxing on a couch and me at the other end massaging their feet while they were in my lap. What might even help is to make some comment about her feet or comment on her toenail polish. Actually, it doesn't even have to be a comment. If she's wearing toe nail polish, just say, "Hey, that's an interesting color of nail polish. Do you wear it often?" Just treat the question as something you bring up in a matter-of-fact, nonchalant, way. Then, as she is answering you, bring up one of her feet closer to your mouth and playfully bite one of her toes. If she makes a comment about you "hurting" her toe or foot, you can then bust on her and say she can't take it. But, this opens it up for you to follow up right away and gently kiss her foot or toe. Once you start, do it slowly and just keep going. Kiss her foot a few times and then slowly get your tongue and mouth involved. If you're alone with her (which, I assume, you will be), I highly doubt that she will demand you to stop once you start.
