I've done this five different times. Two of the five were kind of caught off guard by it, and one of these two actually cut me off and left. Needless to say, she did not get her tip. I can definitely help you out here, most of my footplay has been paid for, usually at the Foot Night parties I go to regularly. I tried this a few dozen times in Toronto years ago. I made a lot of appointments and looked into girls that specifically advertised it or pros who said they would cater to it. Most of the time I would show, take a look, hand over a token donation and leave. The ones that were attractive just didn't get it and so most of the time it was lame.
