I've read alot of post from guys asking "how to get feet". In my experience if you are able to get a woman comfortable enough to have sex(oral or regular) with you, giving her a foot massage or getting a foot job is relatively easy. Heck, I always suck toes and kiss feet whenever i'm having sex, regardless of wether she likes her feet or whatever. If you please her she'll please you. It's all about game
Does anybody agree with this approach?

I could agree with this. The first time I had sex, I started to suck her toes (for the first time I'd ever done too) just as a matter of course. Turns out she enjoyed it, and I incorporated it into our foreplay the next few times we met.

Agreed. It's all about making a woman feel comfortable being around you so that she feels that she can trust you when you're alone with her. Regular sex doesn't even have to be involved, from my experience, in order for me to play with a woman's feet. Also, a guy can't be, or feel, awkward when it comes to sucking on a woman's toes. Just move forward with doing it and act like it's something that's completely natural for you to be doing with her. If she gets the feeling that what you're doing is a normal progression, she'll just accept it, whereas if she gets the feeling that what you're doing is "weird" (or that you consider it weird), she'll more likely be resistant to your advances.
There's also something to be said about intent as well. If you approach the scenario from the standpoint of just focusing on "getting her feet", odds are a woman will pick up on this and get freaked out. However, if you approach it with the intent of making her feel good (while also making you feel good at the same time), then she'll be much more accepting to your approach. It all comes down to having confidence in who you are and having confidence in the situation at hand.

I also incorporate it into foreplay, kissing and licking from "head to toe." I try not to dwell on her feet any longer than any other body part though.

yep, you're dead on. I've also had a lot of hot nights start with a foot massage. Tarantino's assessment was right: we act like they don't mean shit and that's what's so cool about them.

Seems to make sense to me. It's only the ones who have a real disdain for feet (real or imagined) who may object to you enjoying her feet. But if she has half an open mind, she'll give it a chance.
