The regular season is about to come to an end. With the help and support of everyone who has voted, we have made it this far to see the final week before we start with the playoff tournament. This is the last time we will get a look at 20 of these ladies, as the other 12 will compete at the next level the following week.

----

But first, here are the standings:
(Just so you know, the first number next to each name is for her wins, the second is for her loses, the third for the number of ties, and the last is her winning percentage.)

American Female Class

Division I

Jessica Alba 13-2-0-.866 -- **Division Champion**
Mandy Moore 10-5-0-.666 -- *Wild Card*
Katherine Heigl 1-13-1-.100

Division II

Christina Aguilera 7-8-0-.466
Jennifer Love-Hewitt 7-8-0-.466
Lauren Conrad 5-9-1-.366
Marisa Miller 3-12-0-.200

Division III

Carmen Electra 13-2-0-.866 -- **Division Champion**
Charlize Theron 10-4-1-.678 -- *Wild Card*
Victoria Silvstedt 4-11-0-.266
Beyonce 3-11-1-.233

Division IV

Eva Longoria 12-1-2-.866 -- **Division Champion**
Alyssa Milano 8-6-1-.566
Adriana Lima 8-7-0-.533
Natalie Portman 6-9-0-.400

--

National Female Class

Kate Beckinsale 12-3-0-.800 -- *Wild Card*
Maria Sharapova 6-9-0-.400
Gisele Bundchen 3-12-0-.200

Division II

Jessica Simpson 13-2-0-.866 -- **Division Champion**
Keira Knightly 6-8-1-.433
Angelina Jolie 4-11-0-.266
Halle Berry 0-15-0-.000

Division III

Shakira 12-2-1-.833 -- **Division Champion**
Alessandra Ambrosio 5-10-0-.333
Vida Guerra 4-9-2-.333
Erica Durance 1-14-0-.066

Division IV

Katherine McPhee 13-1-1-.900 -- **Division Champion**
Vanessa Hudgens 11-4-0-.733
Elisha Cuthbert 10-5-0-.666
Eva Mendes 7-7-1-.500

----

If Jennifer Love-Hewitt wins OR Cristina Aguilera loses, Jennifer wins her division. It's vice-versa for Christina Aguilera. If both win or lose, I will have to resort to my tie-breaking methods.

If Vanessa Hudgens wins OR Elisha Cuthbert loses, Vanessa wins the second wild-card spot for the National Female Class. If it goes the other way around, I will have to resort to my tie-breaking methods.

wow cant believe its been 17 weeks since the game started.

Those pics of Eva Mendes couldnt of come at a worse time for Elisha I think it would been very easy for Cuthbert to get the win had those pics not been published for another week or so but with them I think it might be a near impossible task to overtake her epically with alot of Christina Aguilera fans trying to get her into the playoffs who will no doubt vote for Hudgens to help Christina get to the next level.

I fear for who ever has to take Carmen on in the playoffs but with Silvstedt's pics this week we might see a decent matchup to end the regular season.

Thanks for this great game National and cant wait for the playoffs to start.

Yeah. I'm right with swman on this one. Thanks for taking your time, National, for putting this game together. There were a lot of great matches throughout the entire season.

The match that I was more nervous than any other match was back in Week 6 (I think) when Scarlett Johansson faced Jessica Alba. I'm rooting for her all the way. When I saw that match posted, I became VERY concerned for her. Alba was a game or two behind Mandy Moore, and really needed that match to keep pace with her, especially since Mandy had that week off. I thought Alba would lose for sure. That win over Johansson really turned the momentum around for her. She has not lost a match since.

I think that out of all tournaments anyone that have been posted that featured celebrities, this has got to be the most nerve-wrecking. I does not matter who you're rooting for because any opponent can strike fear into you, thinking that your girl can actually lose to whoever her opponent is. That's because we have had the last 17 weeks to sort out who's good enough to compete in the playoffs. We have had the chance to cheer for one and root against another for so long it has grown into us. Our infatuations with certain girls have grown throughout the course of the season. Our dislike for another has gotten worse over the same time because she a threat to your girl.

We let all of this simmer inside of us. When the playoffs start, everything is magnified to a whole 'nother level. Every girl in that tournament will be walking on eggshells. Your girl will face someone who just as good as she is. She's just as good as your girl is because she has had 17 WEEKS to show everyone that she can hang in there.

Any other tournament someone else can post (or has posted) seems weak because the person just throws names into the bracket from out of nowhere, and the tournament is done before you know it. Those girls were not seeded, they didn't go through the weeks of great competition to show us just how great she is. Because of that, no personality and flavor is put behind that tournament.

This playoffs will have that personality that lacks in the other games. This game has made me think about how good it was when I was away from the computer.

This has been a great game, National. You have put a lot of thought and organization into this theme. This game has created story lines that give us incentives for coming back and voting again. I just can't believe that I didn't come up with this myself.

I've got Milano taking a narrow victory over Veronica, Charlize puts a beatdown on Beyonce with a super hot picture this week. I have Vida dominating Durance...hmmm...what a lucky girl that Durance is, even though she loses on my scorecard, being dominated by Vida would make you a winner in my book.

I'm going with Eva Mendez hoping she rises to the occasion with the self worship to upset Cuthbert, while my girl Katherine McFee(silentT) overcomes Ambrosio rockin' her sexy Open Toes.

Lima is looking fantastic this week and really put the pressure on Longoria who got a little help on special teams by including Terri Hatcher and Marcia Cross in her photo to secure the win.

In a very close back and fourth battle I'm leaning towards Mandy Moores, beautiful long toes to steal a win from the Gorgous Giselle in a contest it certianly could have gone either way. While Jessica Alba comes out full of energy and has her fans doing the wave as she cruises to a straight sets victory over Sharapova.

Shakira rises to the occasion in a tough playoff tuneup battle with Jolie, but in the end Shakira is just too much for Jolie who recieves probably more of the attention for being so wildly erotic and sexy and deservedly so, however Shakira tends to stay more out of the spotlight but one up Miss Pitt by a little bit in every aspect of beauty from head to toe, and takes home the decision come the final buzzer.

Natalie Portman and her Natural Beauty is just enough to overcome the very sexy Halle Barrie in a close one, while I have Silvstedt pulling off the collossial upset over Electra this week. Carmen is looking fantastic as always rocking the white polish that not just any girl can pull off, but I think she takes it easy resting up for a long playoff run this week, and Silvstedt who's really impressed me in the last month and brings two pics to the table this week steals my vote in this one.

Jessica Simpson on the other hand comes out firing on all cylinders this week with a super picture showing off the sweet spot on the underside of the base of her toes where I would love to worship endlessly and in doing so she looks poised for a long playoff run and ends Keira's season on a sour note.

Katherine Heigl lays it all on the line looking to end things on a winning note. Unfortanatly for her not even with two pictures, a closeup, and all the luck in the world can she compete with Christina who continues her quest for the division title, and is peaking at the right time heading into the playoffs.

Lauren Conrad defeets Marissa Miller in a battle for pride hoping to find a backdoor tiebreaker of some sort to sneak into the playoffs, but more than likely dispite a great effort a victory over Miller will only give her fans one final thing to cheer about after and up and down season.

Meanwhile a much more relaxed Scarlett Johansson and Kate Beckensale go to battle with their playoff spots already clinched, and as Scarlett looks simply ravishing as she relaxes in this weeks pic, Beckensale shows us an ultra sexy flex, and edges out Johansson with a little more hunger this week looking to secure home heel advantage deeper into the playoffs.

In the final showdown of the regular season I have Jennifer Love Hewitt getting back to her winning ways with an intense victory over the adorable Vanessa Hudgens in a showdown that would require a little overtime, and a lot of careful consideration. Hewitt is comming off some tough losses to some heavy hitters and after getting smokes by Christina last week, she's re-focused and rises to the occasion to force Christina into a tie breaker.

Can't wait to see how the playoffs shape up after a Toeriffic season of National Femme Liaison. Special Thanks to National for putting together such an involved, exciting, and interesting compitition all season long, and now that it's finally time to seperate the women from the girls I for one can hardly contain myself!

When the playoffs start next week, Christina Aguilera (assuming she wins her division) could go up against a wild card who earned a better record than she did. If that's the case, Aguilera will be ranked higher than her opponent in the first round. If you remember the rules, he ranks division winners higher than the wild cards. It's strange how this game works out.

P.S. If Eva Longoria does not convince you that she's the hottest, then I won't know what does.

Eva Longira for champion!

I'll get to "Atlantic's" comment tomorrow night. But first, I'll remind you that closing ends in 23 hours. The final matches of the regular season are almost history.

If you haven't voted, then vote.

In response to Atlantic's statement:

Yes, Division winners will ALWAYS be ranked higer than the wild-cards, regardless of their records. The same formula applies for practically all professional sports.

The reason any division winner is ranked higher than a girl who wins the wild card is because the other three girls in her division are competing for the same playoff spot as she is. Your favorite girl has to be more concerned about the other three girls than she has to be with the girls outside her division. The girls outside her division are competing for different spots for the playoffs.

A girl's first priority is to win enough matches to win her division. Since the wild cards can't win enough games to win their divsions, they don't deserve to be ranked higher. She didn't do her job of getting ahead of any girl who's in front of her.

Another reason the playoffs is set up the way I have it is because it the voters all the emphasis they need to make sure their favorites are the best in their division. It encourages winning. If I had it set up another way, the voters won't see enough reasons why to vote for their favorites. In that case, I'll make the game boring and have it set up where it is every girl for herself.

It is also worth mentioning that the four girls in each division went through ALMOST identical schedules. It can be said that the difficulty level can vary greatly from division to division.

The wild cards have the chance to prove that they can play prominent roles in the tournament.

The regular season is finally over.

A lot of thanks to everyone who has voted in the matches throughout the course of the 17 weeks this game has been on! I figured than someone had to vote after I have put so much emphasis into putting this game together. You have showed me that all of my work has paid off. I did my part of creating the schedules and all the other things that went with it. You did your part of showing support and voting. That was all I ever asked from you guys.

Thanks!

----

Christina Aguilera has become the champion of her division. She clinched it on the final week of the season. No one here can make the case that Jennifer Love-Hewitt deserved to win that group. Hewitt reserved her losing for the final weeks, while Aguilera got hot at the right time and gain support from people who didn't know they liked her as much in the first place.

Jennifer started the season winning her first four matches. During that same stretch, Aguilera has won only one. At the time, I had no reason to think that Hewitt would relinquish her lead. After the 4-0 start, Jennifer never got on a winning streak that hot again. She was hot one week, cold the follwing. Aguilera was under the radar all this time. She won enough games to keep up with Hewitt. With her wishy-washy performance, Hewitt never made Christina Aguilera's supporters work that hard to help her win that division. If Christina was in another division with that same record, she would've been out of the playoff hunt weeks ago. But since she got stuck in the worst division of this game, Christina didn't have to go on a winning streak to clinch her title.

No one here can say that Jennifer had a tougher schedule than Aguilera. Out of the 13 different girls each faced in the regular season, 10 of them were common opponents. Hewitt was ahead of Aguilera in the standings for about 14 of the 17 weeks. Aguilera just out-played her.

Aguilera DESERVES that division title.

Vanessa Hudgens is the second wild card for the NFC. Elisha Cuthbert gave us a reason why the wild card can become an interesting race. Elisha's effort was not enough to establish more admiration than Vanessa Hudgens' beauty. Hudgens held off her end of the deal, and she deserves to become the wild card alongside Kate Beckinsale.

The Playoffs starts on Wednesday.

I already have the matches set up. I had to use my tie-breaking methods to determine who the three highest ranked girls in both AFC and NFC. In the AFC, Carmen Electra, Eva Longoria, and Jessica Alba finished with identical winning percentages. I had to determine which of the three was the best.

In the NFC, the three girls were Jessica Simpson, Katharine McPhee, and Scarlett Johansson. I had to use the tie breaker to determine which girl ranked higher than the other.

You'll see the matches on Wednesday, along with how I broke the ties, when we begin The Playoffs.

See you then.
