I've always been very aroused by women pointing their toes in any context, but especially sex. Unfortunately, due to causing cramps, my wife's not a real strong toe pointer. Though she does sometimes dig her heels into me like your wife does, most often she places her bare feet on the backs of my legs when in missionary- which I really enjoy.
Just curious how you know that, since you can't usually see them in that position. Properly placed mirror maybe?

My current girlfriend will often alternate between pointed, curled, & spread toes… Normally curled though, seems to correlate with her level of excitement.
