Given the love of shoes by most women and the amount of money that they spend on them that most men must have foot fetishes. Between buying shoes and getting pedicures, the amount spent on feet must be staggering. I was wondering if the designers of all those sexy shoes have fetishes? By the looks of some of them I would think that they would almost have to. By the way, how do you get to be a shoe designer?

I have done fashion shoots in Paris and some testers, too. Not many of them are still around. It is really a tough business. Jeans and Shoes are the toughest.
Fashion = sales + design + something new + letters of credit. (so many lose money due to unconforming goods after they wired the funds.)
FIDM/Otis/Brooks is a start - may want to check it out first. Fashion school is almost as exp as law school.
Having said all that nonsense - if you love what you do you'll never work a day in your life. Just be cautious. I have seen rich people get arrogant and lose it all.
