Why do you think over the past few years foot fetish has become so popular in the mainstream. How come 25-30 years ago there was no mention of foot fetish in the mainstream media, not even in porno mags and films. now looking at women's feet is almost a part of our society.
The closet i can remember of foot fetishism being involved in the media is watching early porn movies with SEKA and swedish erotica. they always had some form of nylons or foot fetishism in their films.

If you think about it, pretty much all and any mention of mainstream foot fetish stuff is found thanks to the internet. And the internet didnt exist 30 years ago. I think there was stuff out there, it was just hard to find until now.

climax is dead on. plus.. most western nations think feet as dirty bad things. not all cultures feels that way.. others feel even worse. thanks to the net.. that has changed.
i read in college somewhere.. breast didn't have that erotic feel they had until movies came out. (not sure how true that is, but it's a lot more erotic now than it was a long time ago)

as sexuality has become less taboo overall, the more extreme ends of sexuality has become less taboo.

Trust me, fetish porn has been out there for centuries, the individual had to know where to look and how to make inquiries. It was never talked about openly but everyone knew that it was there.
Before photography and video, there was pornographic art, of course. That was the poor man's porn, for the most part. For the wealthy, there were live sex shows...and that goes back to Ancient Rome and very likely well before that; consult your Bible. There was "action" in more places than just the Colosseum.
Our ancestors were in many respects far more sexually twisted than we are.
