Ok, so I have my favorite tailor that I go to, butcher, barber, beer distributor etc etc. I think I might need my own pedicurist or nail tech too. Not for me of course, but for the women I date. Alot of women don't get the foot thing and how I like them so it would be very convenient to have a salon that knew exactly how I like my feet...soft and pampered. Every time I meet a new girl it's as simple as shooting the salon a text and getting an appointment, turning dry unkept feet into works of art!
Pimp or just extreme?

I don't think it's either! I know I prefer 1 out of the 3pedicurists at my salon who do my pedicures and nails. And isn't it funny that it's the 1 GUY that gets it. The women always want to cut my toe nails really short - almost below the skin line and they do not buff as thoroughly or pay any attention to my baby toes - that get the worst rubbing when in shoes... He goes for all those spots and smooths them right out -- plus he spends extra time massaging my feet and really going deep ito the soles.
So if women prefer to have a pedicurist to knows what they want (and those are the women who get feet) - then why wouldn't a foot lover want to know who was working on his "current fascination"
I'd love to know if you ever get that worked out! Could be interesting!

For someone who's so picky and confident, GQ i'd imagine you could just learn to give a pedicure the way you like them? One pedicure won't cure dry unkempt feet by any means and it takes a few, if not more to clear up some rough spots. Personally, i give my own pedicures. I'm not the best nail artist, but i can get by. As far as smooth and softness, i can make any girls feet look and feel smooth within 3 pedis. Though i prefer to give pedicures to the woman i'm involved with and to my female friends as an interest. I find it a work of art all on my own. It's actually a good thing that's worked in my favor anyway. The idea that i can give a great pedicure, scrub, massage, paint the nails, etc... Seems to show a better genuine interest in the idea that the man isn't too damn "manly and macho" to get into something sort of girly for his girl, as well as it pays off for you in the end as well. Hard work well appreciated that you yourself can reap the benefits of.

Certainly a way to go but I, as an art student, may have to do it myself since it'd be more fun - also cost-efficient - but since a little kid I have learned to color inside the lines!!

it shouldn't be extreme if she wants to make you happy. just remember that you should give her something in return (and no i don't mean foot love), like cooking her favorite dinner or something.

Do it myself? Haha. Never crossed my mind. I think giving a girl you like with pretty feet a nice long foot massage is close to divine, but giving a girl a pedicure might be a bit much for me. Bootman & A+Fdude definitely are true renaissance men! At the very most I could go to the salon with my girl to get her nails done. As for getting my hands into it...I don't know. It'd have to be a VERY special girl. Never say Never. I've never had a woman complain that I was too "macho" so I suppose if I had to pull an ace out it could be me giving the pedicure. Can't imagine any girl that would trust me with that though! I'm still figuring out how to find the right pedicurist. It's not like finding a good barber or a tailor.

You are correct in the idea that its a bitch to find a good pedicurist. I've never really tried, but walking by all the salons in the mall and such... I don't disagree. I'm not the best nail artist, but i come up with some fun shit. Walmart/kmart, beauty supply stores, etc... They'll have great tools for the job. As for pedicure wise my friend, a good little dishwashing tub, and some nice footsoak, scrub cream and a lotion will go a long way. For 15 bucks you can acquire all and i'm telling you it's probably the best way and most fun to have with a girls feet. You get the reap all the benifits
It's the coolest thing about being a man, in any aspect for me, from working on my car all by myself and making it work right to giving a great pedicure, even if i can't always make the paint job come out right, it's like appreciating ones hard work and enjoying the benefits. So awesome.
Thanks for the awesome props on being renaissance men. hehe, i love giving pedi's even if i don't get the satisfaction of receiving a footjob, seeing how nicely the feet turn out afterward for me is just pretty close to enough. And the spank bank memories are never ending haha i love being a perv. I need to meet up with tyler for some real foot action. hehehe

Gotta go with Bootman on this one, learn how to do it yourself. It will pay off on so many levels. My wife only went to a professional once after I started doing them for her because someone gave her a gift certificate and the result was sub-par in both her opinion and mine.... never again. It doesn't take that much to figure out how to do it not only correctly, but outstandingly, it's not rocket science. And besides, what gal doesn't like to be pampered by the guy she is interested in? Once the word got out amongst her friends that I did them for her, I get a lot of comments from them now too about how much they wish they could get Bob or Joe, or whoever to do theirs... ned
