So there was a thread about Craigs List the other day, and I started thinking... what if I posted in the "talent" area that I was an amateuer photog looking for a gal wanting to earn some extra money to do a Barefoot in Public shoot for me? And I take the pix?
I would let her know that I would in turn either try and sell the set to a site, or post them myself for foot fans to enjoy, but that'd she'd have to be Ok with that.
Am I asking for trouble? Is it safe? I just thought, that may be the easiest way to get such a shoot, but I have never ever done this before.

Yeah, I'd make sure everything was legit. Meet first, public place, etc. I don't want to come across as one of those Craigs List stalkers or something. I'd pay her probably the same as I paid for some of the other Barefoot in Public custom sets I had done back in the day, I guess depending on time, etc. $100 for an hour maybe? I don't know...

I agree with everything you guys have said. I figure by telling the girl the shoot would be in public, like at a gas station like Dae did, that may help them realize it's on the up and up. Not like I am saying "I have a private studio".. We would never be anywhere but in public. I thought about that though, but I would never try anything on them.

$100.ºº an hour? Dude, there are plenty of chicks out there that will pose for $30.ºº hr.. If you like her feet enough, (and the next time maybe she will rub them in your face a bit), THEN you can up the ante for a second session. Just imagine offering a girl, whose feet you've never seen, $100.ºº and you don't like her feet when you finally see them.

Yeah that is a good point. I was just basing that on what I paid in the past for a custom set, but those were professional models who I knew from the Net. I guess I could ask for a pic in advance?

Yeah that is a great idea and I'd have to do that as well. I think I am going to do it just because now I am totally curious how it'd go....
