So my gf hates being tickled at all really, and when I lick her feet it tickles her so she doesn't like me doing that.. Is there a way I can make this not tickle or she could get used to it or something? Or am I fucked here? haha

I agree with footjoyboy, the body reacts to what is called the "gate control theory" - in laymans terms,its when you overload your nervous system with stimuli to a certain area, and thus consequent stimulation is dulled. Start off with a long foot rub, that may help.
I knew a girl like that who was too ticklish, and it seemed the more comfortable she got with it, the easier it was.

my girlfriend sometimes is too sensitive. it depends on what she has been/what is doing.
I always find if she's playing a game on either our DS's or my PSP she doesn't care what I do to her feet XD
Massages dont help and it's not good during foreplay since the body becomes more sensitive I find. But that could just be my girl!

My ex wife had very ticklish feet and wouldn't allow me any access to them whatsoever. That's part of the reason she is my ex. She didn't even like foot rubs because they tickled too much. Hopefully your gf isn't like that.
