I got a friend request form this You Tube person. I'm suspicious, is it a woman or a guy dressing like a woman? What do you all think?

I don't know and am not sure that I care.
I watched about a minute and a half of the video, found it boring and the feet ugly as hell.
That also looked like a man's hand, and the foot was mannish.
Thank goodness I didn't see the soles.
