very tough predicament. maybe leave egypt as one option.

and if that's not possible, i say wack it and imagine feet. that is the only way. or find a woman who is willing to keep your secret

Maybe not make it such a main focus of yours, if you
find a nice girl for other things than just her feet and introduce your fetish later she maybe open to it...but if you run around with your tongue out like a dog no woman will want that!
