I really like characters in games and anime who are barefoot or at least in sandals , mainly because I use google to find images of real women who have cosplayed (dressed up) as these characters.
For those who like that sort of thing, lets help make a list.
Off the top of my head, heres a few to start off with:

In one of the Tomb Raider games (either Legend or Anniversary), Lara Croft goes barefoot for a section of the game. And when she comes out of the water, she even leaves little wet footprints everywhere she goes.
And for you game lovers, check out this statue of Christie Monteiro from the Tekken game series that is quite hot.

When I was younger I played WWE games on N64. Loved seeing the Divas. If I recall none of them were barefoot, they had high heels. Gave me something to imagine even though their feet weren't in HD.
