So here is an unusual experience that happened to me last week.
I wanted to get a physical exam in case I ever get super sick. I hadn’t seen a doctor in a couple years so I scheduled an appointment with a new doctor. I checked in and filled out all the paperwork. The doctor’s nurse took me back into the private room and asked me about my medical history, then had me change into the examining gown.
I’ve worn these once or twice before, but I never remember them being so short! Maybe it’s just the ones at this place, but it came to about mid-thigh. I was waiting for the doctor to come in when I noticed my toes. I painted them a deep (“fuck me”) red the day before for a shoot and had completely forgot about it. I thought it was funny that they looked so nice while I was wearing this tiny gown, but anyway…
After a couple minutes, my doctor came in. He was youngish for a doctor.. I’m guessing mid to late 30s, but I’m terrible at guessing ages. He was a SUPER nice guy, very laid back and funny. We joked about a couple things and then he went on to the exam. He had me lay back on the table and pulled out an extendable piece for my legs. He started at the top of my body, feeling my lymph nodes and having me take deep breaths. When he finished with that, he moved in front of me, right in front of my feet. He lingered for a second and then touched them by putting his thumbs on the tops of my feet and his palms on my soles and tugged them. That’s the best way I can describe it.. a gentle tug and he let go. I was surprised because I’ve never had a doctor touch my feet before, so I probably looked a little surprised. Right after, he jokingly asked if one leg was longer than the other and I was embarrassed because the way I had been laying I guess made it look like that. So I straightened my legs and laughed. He then told me that he had a friend whose foot was one size bigger than the other. A totally believable story, but it sort of sounded like an excuse to touch my feet haha
So there it is. Does my doctor have a foot fetish? I have no idea, but thought it was funny!

I think it was part of the exam and that he was just feeling bone structure/reflex/muscle tone. I think if he was really enamored by your feet he would have lingered longer and/or made a comment.

If he tugged "up" (toward the knee, dorsiflexion) he could test the Achilles reflex (S1-S2)... I can't think of anything that a downward tug would tell you, especially not on a screening or general physical. Doesn't sound malicious or overtly perverted, but I wouldn't be surprised if your doc "likes" your feet.

Without knowing the specific concern you went in for, as typically routine exams do not involve this, I cannot make an accurate assessment.
When I started modeling and doing videos in 2007 anyone looking at my feet or shoes on the subway train was a potential foot guy. Lately I've learned that some just stare into space after exhausting work, and not at my heels. :-).
Conclusion. If your DOC was a foot guy, he'd probably make triple sure his actions won't impact his medical license, so I'm sure he was checking for something, not sure what.
I know they do that for diabetes and other, there is also a track for Primary Care to do so as well. I'd say you have a doctor that performed a complete physical as opposed to just say AAAH and running standard CBC blood-work.

@hyperion Nope, not an osteopath. I had never heard of that term before, so cool.
He was probably being friendly and checking to see if one foot was bigger than the other. Does anyone know foot fetish models that have different sized feet? Or any experiences with girls who have different sized feet?
And no, I didn't feel violated . I enjoy my feet getting touched pretty much always, haha.

For myself, i have a bad back, went through a lower back operation back in 1990, when i would lay down the doctor would look to see if one leg was longer because when you are or need an adjustment for your lower back one leg is actually longer than the other leg, that's a fucked up back for you, and actually as i type this i really messed up my lower back today and am walking all fucked up, my lower back has not hurt me like this in years, with that, i bet your feet looked beautiful!!

Now I'm about as far away from a physician as you can get. But, my mother has been sickly since I was young and for many various reason so I've heard and seen some strange physio tests in my day.
Also I immediately remembered (while reading) an issue I had personally in the past and some strange and fucking jarring tests they performed. I had sorta wigged out at work and my motor skills went out the window. Boss thought I was drunk (understandably, I'm a musician so I've long ago overlooked this assumption) but when it was clear that I wasn't he sent me home. My speach slurred and my walking was FUCKED! When later going to the various doctors and specialists I became acutely aware of how many refloex tests I just wasn't aware of. And about four or five delt with the soles of my feet or toes. In one test the doc ran a metallic wheel with a really rough surface along my soles that made my whole body jump into a nanosecond of instantaneous colvusion where I flexed and jumped outa my skin. Dude laughed and said its normal, and further added that if that didn't make me jump like that then there was a SEVERE problem (btw I'm ticklish as hell the ide never let anyone touch my gross dude feet). Another one was performed using the female specialists fingernails but was similar in effect. There was yet another test that sounds almost identical to the one u were describing. And in this test it also made me jump (tho not nearly as much and just surprised me more than anything) but since I'm a footfan and don't have the background thought of foot fetish when someone is attending to my feet (I'm a guy and as such don't have the same suspicions as a woman , let alone a sexi foot model like you) the surprise was more jarring than you since u (as a footmodel) are always gonna think that sideways thought when any attention is paid to your feet (cuz u know what they're thinkin lol) it seems pretty innocent. In the test I had something they did stimulated a nerve in my foot that made me jump. The tug simply helped to do this and the palm holding my feet secure and immobile seemed to make this happen for sure. Sorta like 'clasp your hands underneath your knees' and then the test ur reflexes with the little hammer thing.
That being said, cmon, if there is any inkling of this being a legit test and ur doc is a footguy then he sure as hell will perform this test cuz then he is in the clear to touch your soles and feet to perform said test: TALK BOUT PERKS OF THE JOB!

Upon second reading of this thread I can't help but remembering the same doc who did the same test automatically asking if I had to stand at work which I replied that I did for the whole shift. He then said its normalish but for someone as young as me I should start seeing a chiropracter to avoid issues with my sping n posture (ms n such). After reading ddbacks post I think this may have been the reason for the test
