I don't really "stare" obsessively, but I do try to glance long enough or at the right time for her to catch me looking. You know, just to see how she might react. So far, my passive aggressive attempts at getting caught looking have been unsuccessful in provoking a physical reaction.

i try not to just outright stare to the point of creepiness, but like many of you, i def. try to have the girl see that i am checking out her feet. ive gotten some giggles. one time on the train these two business women not much older than me were sitting there gossipping away and i was sitting parallel to them a few people away. one of the was wearing straight pumps, both had very light hose and one was wearing these backless dressy shoes, both had their legs crossed. the one with the backless shoes started really dangling that shoe to the point of almost off, then lifting up her foot as if she were going to get it back situated on her foor but then just relaxing it with the shoe barely on the edge of her toes. naturally this was driving me absolutely nuts so i was looking uncontrollably and the one not dangling noticed, whispered to the other one and they both looked at me and giggled then just went about their business. it can be hard being a footguy in these situations, i might be trying to think about something else, then without knowing a girl around me could be doing the equivalent of slipping her top almost off of her tits then back on while obliviously carrying on a conversation with a friend, lollll

I have to agree whole-heartedly...
I feel sorry for some of the breast men out there...

No, but I had one experience that was rather interesting. A new lady moved in next door to me and we were talking on the front porch getting to know one another. I noticed she was barefoot and also that she had overall rather attractive feet.
