I saw it on CNN just now but a guy in California was busted for lewd behaviour and the policeman was explaining how this guy would go up to young boys on the beach and pretend he needed to inspect their feet for a Johnson & Johnson commercial.
And he would lick the bottom of their feet as part of the scam.
They put his picture on national news too. He deserves it for going after a bunch of underage boys.
Makes me wonder though, would it be so bad if they ever caught one of us more normal foot people in just filming (of age) girls' feet in a public place (similar to how California Beach Feet does it).
Do you guys think this News Perv's actions are gonna get the large foot fetish demographic even more bad publicity or legal scrutiny.
...just curious what folks might think.

i think anything that is sexual in nature done in public will create some form of reaction from the public. (excluding kissing). most folks agree that sexual things should be kept at home... so, i won't advise you to lick your girl's feet in public out of concern the cops may site you for leud behavior.... and if the cop is in a bad mood, he/she may not care it's your girlfriend or wife! so, beware

just to add to my last post.... it all depends on how it looks. just like streaking isn't cool legally... flashing isn't cool legally.. having sex in public isn't cool legally.... and many other things (like sucking a girl's breast in public etc).
that is what I meant by my last post. keep that stuff for the bedroom or non-public spaces... like a private beach or something

Even taking pictures or video can be construed as invasion of privacy, and because there's usually suspicion that it's sexual in nature the authorities usually try to come down hard on it.
We just had case locally where a guy was arrested for taking upskirt pictures at a local retail clothing store by hiding in and under the clothes racks.

The filming of people in public whether they agree or not usually is OK. Unless you film them using hidden cams, film them where they reasonably could expect privacy, or upskirt.
The usage afterwards is another matter if they don't agree.
Us websites guys are going to be ok because the girls agree to be filmed. Just don't film where it's private property.
I sure hope this doesn't become a "this gives us a bad name" thread. It won't, we already have one, get used to it. I think the whiners get on my nerves as much as the ones they complain about.

There's also the guy here in nyc who was arrested for grabbing women's legs and licking their feet on the subways....I dont know if it's been mentioned in the forum.probably has. But it's been in the papers this past week.

its ok to take pics and film womens feet in public with there concent and knowledge that these pics will be posted on the internet. but without ther permission its wrong and should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

There was this guy who had a website for candid feet and did just that....except that he profited off it selling videos of candid girls feet....it was a candid soles of new york city or somethin like that

You thinking of "EverydayFeet.com"? That guy had some hot candids where he told the girls (in Wal-Mart parking lots) that he was filming for a college art project and sold videos of their feet instead. Great looking big footed girls though.

OMG everydayfeet.com ..i bought a couple videos from him once back in 2001..some AWESOME stuff!I wonder if he got caught and/or shut down.

I don't understand how thease "candid" places have paysites n videos being all you have to do is walk out of your house,go into a mall or somwhere and BAM!!,candid feet galore lol.as for guys grabbin womens feet in public,or trying to make a situation to a random person to take their shoes off,hoping they don't know why they really want em to is jus "weird" and yes I do consider thease acts to be sex crimes and hope when thease characters get caught,they get what they deserve. if u ask me.do you see people asking random women to show their breasts in k-mart?

I know it makes the foot fetish look bad when you hear stories like this, but think about rapists - you hear about them much, much more than foot fetishists on the news. I understand it can lead some people to stereotype us as 'psychotic' with our foot fetish when hearing these stories, but with the foot world expanding it doors more and more these last several years, they are eventually going to be labeled under the same terms as rapists, not merely 'psychotic,' but 'perverted.' I feel that nowadays stories like that are different than stories that have unfolded many years ago. There's always going to be rapists and there's always going to be out-of-control foot-fetishists.
