O'kay, this is a longish story but I have to share it with someone and I thought this would be the best place to do it, so here goes...
Today I was in the city, just doing a little shopping, nothing unusual, about mid-morning I see this girl walking down the street, she's wearing a pair of white hawaiana flip flops, she had really hot feet with a french pedicure.
Suddenly I have a brain crack and turn around and follow her, she walks into a clothes store and I wait outside for her, so when she comes out I walk up to her and blurt out..."Excuse me miss, I was wondering if I offered you $150 would you let me suck your toes?"
She looked at me with a kind of disgusted look on her face and said "Nuh!" so I say "how bout $200?"...the reply, a sharp "No!" and she kept walking, so I let it slide.
I go get a cup of coffee and just as the guy is giving me my paper cup I spot this girl across the street wearing a pair of wedge soled, old school, rainbow colored flip flops, I quickly grab my drink and rush out of the store, run across the busy rode and fall in behing her, we stop at the lights and I get a chance to check her feet out, nice toes!
So we cross the street, I come up along side her and say "Excuse me" she pulls her headphones off, so I say "Hi, listen, I know this may sound a little strange to you, but if I offered you $150 would you let me suck on your toes?"
So, she smiles with a kind of half shocked expression on her face and says "That's kind of weird" I say "I know, but I like your feet and those platform flip flops, I'm sorry if I've shocked you" she smiled and replied something like "I don't think so, I'm on my way to work and I'm already late." so I offer $200, she smiles and say's "No" again after a pause but I got the impression she was waying it up.
I say is there anything I can say to change your mind, she said "No, I'm sorry but I have to go." so she shakes my hand and walks off.
I just couldn't help myself, I wouldn't ever usually consider being so foward and I realised the chances were close to nil, girls don't really respond well to being propositioned by a totally unkown guy on the street but I had to try my luck, I thought of it as a kind of experiment to see what would happen if I just came out and said what I was after straight off the bat and see what kind of reaction I got.
The first one wasn't too good but the second girl was quite cool about it all and didn't just brush me off, I'm going to continue with this experiment and see what happens.
I always say "You'll never know if you don't ask" I'll keep you guys informed of how it goes...I still can't actually believe I did it.

yeah ive done this approach. had much better luck then you did though. before you ask the question, you should give her a compliment about her feet and carry alittle conversation aout them. Then when she begins to trust you alitle more, then you go in about sucking her toes. that exact approach i just told you has worked for me so many times. the mature older woman i went up to about massaging her feet all laughed about it and said thank you for the compliments and told that they`d call me later to do this

I don't know what a woman can think about this kind of approach,but if I was one I'd feel treated like a hooker if a perfect stranger would come up to me offering money to enjoy some feet.
Honestly,you have to expect disgusted reactions if you use this approach. I think the first woman perceived you more or less as the creepy guy in "Road Trip" who tries to lick on the blonde girl's toes while she's sleeping: freaky.
It would be much better if you get to know her a bit first,and don't offer any money to do anything.That would make you look much more "normal" (pass me the expression) and less "freaky".
Just my opinion,nothing personal man.

I'm in with CRS here... make conversation and slip the toe sucking in almost jokingly... i had a few takers on it.. but because I really was joking.. I didn't follow through, but a few have later jokingly come back offering their toes.. only one of the.. i took them up on it and massaged their feet instead. nice experience in my book.
so, get to know the woman first.. a bit more.

p.s. in the above mentioned experience of mines.. we never got pass the casual acquaintance level of friendship.....
My Opinion: I don't think that walking up to complete strangers and offering money to suck their toes is a very good idea at all. To me, it makes someone seem desperate, and fetish or not, that's not a good image to portray.
It's one thing to be open and/or outspoken about your fetish, but there's a time, place, and method for everything. I don't feel that approaching strangers with money for that purpose is appropriate.

Years ago I had a related "plan"- I fantasized about offering girls money for their sandals (so I could have them and watch them walk off barefoot) but I knew it wasn't likely to happen. Though it's true you "don't know until you ask", chances are you'll get few takers.

If you want to play nicely so the world thinks everyone with a foot fetish is like yourself, feel free but it's not the case.
