Hi all, After having a throat infection I had to visit my doctor she is a younger woman in her late twenties early thirties at a guess. She is very attractive and wore a lovely shorter skirt and my favoutite pair of mules black leather ones but when I entered her surgery I just did not believe my eyes or ears this is just made my day my week my month my year. She had no mules on when I entered her door, as it is very hot over here about 36c I imagined she was very warm, upon entering the door I sat down next to her bare feet and mules she quickly said I will put my shoes back on do not want to smell my cheesy feet! wow guys this just blew my mind to have a woman say this a doctor infact was just so exciting, I am shaking now writing this ever happened. She was certainly not shy and when she said I will put my shoes back on and cheesy feet I nearly passed out with excitement. The mules were perfect pair black leather with wedge open toed backless infact a pair I just love. I could not really smell the air at this time I was just too red and embarrassed by the fact she said what she did. Those mules were just so hot and her feet were also. She had very red patches around her toes and nice painted white toe nails. When she put her mules back on I noticed when she checked my blood a real wet sound of sweaty feet maybe? god I am blessed today this is by far the best so far for a longtime, wish I had my camera, thankyou doctor!

Must say you've lucked out in the doctor department. Most of our doctors in my area are foreign-born men. Also quite amazed that a doctor would go barefoot (for health and safety reasons). But if that's the case, I'll bet she rarely wears shoes at home.

I would have said some thing like that too,sence thats a rare thing to see in a doctor's office,I could imagine "no that's ok leave em off,then she would probly say,why do you like feet or some thing,then I'd say hell ya feet are the bomb,and your's are really cute" I'd make her blush

but the story is a good one... shows promise.. i'd be very tempted to suggest she keeps herself comfy and not mind me at all.
as for hygiene of it.. depends on the setting. if it's the waiting area.. yuk!.. if it's her office.. not bad.. the general consult area... iffy big time.
but being she's around my age.. i'd investigate to spark a friendship. once that is in place.. outside the office.. i'd see if i could get any closer to her feet 'accidentally'

I'd go back a little bit more often and surprise with flowers or something...take her out on a date.
Then I would be like:
"look when I was in your office the other day I couldn't help but notice that you were a little discomforted about your feet smelling, but fact being fact I have a foot fetish and would like the pamper your feet for you sometime in the near future"
This doesn't add pressure on her to do anything right away and makes you look unforceful and more or less you giving her the "cool customer approach" and she'll love that especially since she is a doctor that probably handles pressure on the job. She doesn't need pressure off the job. It would kinda get her thinking....maybe on another date I'll prop my feet up and he can give me a massage from being in those heels all day.

i like your approach except for one little thing. i wouldn't mention (but that is just me) her feet smelling and my fetish off the bad.
rather.... you noticed she was a bit uncomfy in her shoes and understandably so from all that standing and you wouldn't mind pampering her feet in the future if she didn't mind.
once you know her a bit better.. then you can get into the whole you have a fetish (and as a doc she should be more receptive of it) and the way her feet scent appeals to you.. you never know.

Just today, I had a similar experience! I went to a new doctor today to have a look at my finger that got infected. She wore sandals, and her toes were painted orange! I'll be seeing her again, next week!
